My new creative space!

Our house is only about 2400 square feet, we don't have any spare bedrooms, and we don't have a basement. That means I don't have a dedicated crafting space, and that's by design. I don't want to spend my time locked away in some corner of the house that nobody wants for other purposes, which is where the typical crafting space is located.
On the other hand, I was tired of the hassle that comes from not having my creative supplies at hand. And jealous of those of you who have a beautiful studio to work in. So I made a trip to Ikea and completely redid my office.
I would rather have had real wood, but I couldn't find anything in a style I liked. I'm very happy with the white, though.

  1. Your new space is lovely. My creative space is in an extra bedroom and it's great to have that space but I do feel locked away and would love more natural light. Also, your blog layout is awesome, great job! I am new to blogging and have much to learn.

    Enjoy your new space!

P.S. I would love to follow your blog but the RSS feed is not working for some reason. When I click on it, it brings up a separate page with just a lot of code on it.

  2. Thanks Lori! The blog layout is just the built-in dynamic layout that Blogger provides. I love it, too. The RSS feed looks like garbage if you view it in a browser; enter the URL into an RSS reader and you'll get the feed correctly.

  3. Update: I've changed my layout since these comments because the dynamic layout doesn't show my blog archive, labels, followers, etc. I like the dynamic layout, but I want to see all those other things, too.
