This design has been in the works for nearly a year. It is my first bag design that is 100% my own from the ground up, and not an alteration of someone else's pattern. I've been carrying the prototype shown in the first picture for about a week and I love it! It's a bit bigger than my mini-hipster, so I can now carry my Nook with me. I like everything about it: the look, the size, and the function. I'm so excited to share that I can't wait for decent lighting. Sorry about the icky pictures!
I made a batch of 10, with one for myself and one that's going to my sister. I was short one buckle, so that leaves seven for me to photograph for my Etsy shop this weekend. I'll be working on some new photo props because I'm tired of the white surface. Here are some group shots in the meantime:
